Board

The CERA Board brings together four Directors nominated by the member organisations and up to seven independent Directors. The Chairman and Treasurer are appointed from among the independent directors. The Managing Director of CERA is a member of the Board.

The current Company Secretary is Mr Robert Palin, who is also Chief Financial Officer of the Centre for Eye Research Australia. The Board meets quarterly and holds an annual planning day.
