The 2022 Gerard Crock Lecture was presented on 3 March by Head of the Discipline of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at Adelaide University, Professor Robert Casson on ‘Treating the retina with low-energy light therapy’.
The Gerard Crock Lecture series honours the memory of renowned ophthalmologist, the late Professor Gerard Crock, inaugural Ringland Anderson Professor of Ophthalmology.
Following the Lecture, we were saddened to learn of the passing of Professor Crock’s wife, Jacqueline Crock. Over many years, the CERA team looked forward to seeing Jacque and her family at the lecture. We are deeply grateful for Jacque’s support of CERA and extend our deepest condolences to the Crock family on their loss.
